# Subprocessors

Braver relies on a small number of service providers (subprocessors) to operate its platform. This page lists those that may have access to personal information of our customers' users or of patients, the service they provide and the region where they process that information.

| Subprocessor                       | Service provided                                                            | Information involved                                                                                                                                                                         | Processing region                                                           |

### Additional details

* Call transcription is performed by a model that Braver runs itself in its infrastructure in Montréal, with no third party.
* Gemini has no access to the platform or its data: it only receives the content a professional chooses to submit to an artificial intelligence feature, and the result is reviewed by that professional before any use.
* Each subprocessor is bound to Braver by a written agreement covering confidentiality, security and deletion of information. Any transfer of information outside Québec is assessed beforehand, as required by law.
* Braver's other providers, such as our staff's work tools, receive no personal information of our customers' users or of patients.

This list is updated whenever a subprocessor is added or changed. For any question, [contact us](mailto:support@braver.health).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://support-en.braver.net/technical-details/subprocessors.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
